Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for purchases on Klypse.app. It applies to all users worldwide.
1. Credits and processing jobs
Klypse uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you start a processing job (e.g. video transcription, AI analysis, clip generation).
Because processing incurs real infrastructure costs, we generally cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been used or for completed processing jobs.
2. When refunds may be granted
We may issue a refund or restore credits if:
- A processing job repeatedly fails due to a technical issue on our side
- No output files are generated because of a system error
- A billing error occurred (duplicate payment, wrong amount)
Refunds are granted at our discretion and require a short case review. Contact us at [email protected] with the job ID and details.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
We generally do not refund past subscription periods that have already started.
4. EU consumer rights (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services.
However, by starting a processing job or consuming credits, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been performed.
