What happens to my existing credits?
If you cancel a subscription, you keep all credits that have already been added to your account. You can continue using them until they are used up.
New users get 2 free full-feature videos to test Klypse without any risk. Trial access expires after 7 days. After your trial videos, continue using Klypse for free with limited features, or upgrade for full access.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 2 full-feature videos for 7 days with no credit card required. You'll see exactly how Klypse handles your content before committing to a plan.
What is 1 credit?
1 credit equals 1 minute of source video processed. A 30-minute podcast uses 30 credits. We charge for source minutes, not file size, export count, or clip duration.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation is one click in your account settings and takes effect immediately for future billing periods. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
All credits that have already been added to your account stay yours. You can continue using them after cancelling until they're used up — credits do not expire.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for already-processed jobs are not provided because compute costs are incurred immediately. For unused credits and edge cases, contact support — we review each situation individually. Full refund policy: klypse.app/legal/refunds.
Subscription vs credit pack — which should I pick?
Subscriptions are cheaper per minute and best for consistent monthly content schedules. Credit packs are one-off purchases for burst projects (e.g. a single podcast batch, a launch campaign). Credit packs never expire; subscription credits roll over month-to-month while active.
What payment methods are supported?
All major credit and debit cards, plus regional methods supported by Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, iDEAL, etc.). Invoices and VAT are handled automatically by Stripe Billing.
Will my exports have a Klypse watermark?
No. Klypse does not watermark exports on any tier, including the free tier. Your content is yours to publish anywhere.
Is there a discount for teams or agencies?
Multiple seats are supported on subscription plans. For larger volumes or agency packages, get in touch via the contact page and we'll discuss a custom arrangement.
Where is my data stored?
Klypse is operated from Germany and processes uploaded media in EU data centers. Source videos and outputs are deleted on a rolling retention window. See the privacy policy for details.
